A new coffee shop with a special mission celebrated its grand opening Friday in Sleepy Hollow.
Sleepy Coffee, Too is not an ordinary coffee shop. They serve "kindness in a cup."
It's a nonprofit that gives people with disabilities an inclusive place to train and work.
Founder and CEO Kim Kaczmarek said her dream to open the shop has finally come to life, thanks in no small part to the very eager and hard working staff.
"They have taken ownership of this business. This is their business, and they're so proud of it. They want to show everybody what they can do and they keep surprising me every day," she said.
Kaczmarek added that she hopes the shop's success will lead to more opportunities for people with disabilities.
