Gov. Ned Lamont is calling state lawmakers back to Hartford Monday.
They will vote on extending the gas tax holiday for six more months as well as free bus service.
Lawmakers plan to add more money for Hero Pay and home heating assistance.
A new beverage "bottle bill" will be delayed to help stores clear out inventory.
