Democratic and Republican state lawmakers are set to vote tomorrow on a bipartisan plan to close Connecticut's current deficit . 
The state is expected to finish the year at least $220 million in the red.
Gov. Dannel Malloy says if the plan is not bipartisan, either side will have to discuss why they did not participate or vote for it.
