Lawmakers slated to vote on Sikorsky deal this week

Lawmakers will be heading back to Hartford this week to consider a new deal to keep Sikorsky in Stratford for another 16 years. A special session is scheduled for Wednesday to vote on the proposal.

Lawmakers will be heading back to Hartford this week to consider a new deal to keep Sikorsky in Stratford for another 16 years.
A special session is scheduled for Wednesday to vote on the proposal.
Sikorsky would get $220 million in grants and tax exemptions in exchange for building 200 new helicopters in the state and expanding its workforce.
Union members also need to approve the deal.
