A family is heading to Disney World thanks to the Connecticut Make-a-Wish Foundation.
Six-year-old twins Jeremy and Miles Clark have life-threatening medical conditions.
The boys received their plane tickets and a few presents on Tuesday. Their mom says finding out the boys' wish had been granted was amazing.
The twins' mom says the family is grateful and very excited for the big trip.
