The man accused of driving drunk into a Milford home and knocking it off its foundation had his case continued.
Police say Michael Murray, 62, is charged with driving under the influence in a crash that happened on Nov. 18 at home on Pond Point Avenue.
Murray turned himself in in January and was released on a $500 bond.
The house, which is located on a "Y" intersection, was knocked 12 inches off its foundation, officials say.
The family has been unable to return home for the last four months, even to get their belongings.
The family has received clothing and food donations from the community.
Officials say the case will be continued on April 16.
