A man has been arrested for allegedly stealing the debit card of a man who died in a Christmas Day fire in Stamford that killed five.
State police say Raymond Page Jr., 37, took the card on Dec. 12 from a bank counter and used it to buy $300 worth of items.
The victim, Lomer Johnson, died with his wife and three grandchildren in a house fire in Stamford two weeks later.
