Bridgeport police say one man is being held on a $20,000 bond for attempting to break into cars owned by on-duty firefighters. Cops say Carlos Rebollo, 28, was caught in the act at the fire department on Congress Street last night. Rebollo then allegedly ran down Housatonic Avenue, but was chased by firefighters. Police say they found him on East Washing Avenue and arrested him. Rebollo is being charged with burglary.
