2ds agoA suspect has been arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of a man and the shooting of a former New Haven police captain, officials say.
Albert Eaddy is facing murder, robbery and assault charges, among others.
He's accused of shooting and killing Troy Clark and shooting and injuring New Haven Police Capt. Anthony Duff on Aug. 12, 2019.
Eaddy was already in the custody of the Department of Corrections for an unrelated case when he was issued an arrest warrant yesterday.
