Police say a man was struck and killed by a livery cab driver on the Bronx River Parkway.
It happened Monday just after 11 p.m. 
Police say the man was attempting to cross the street near Boston Road when he was struck by the cab. 
They say the driver stayed on scene, and no charges have been filed.
