Police have arrested and charged a Norwalk man accused of going on a rampage with a chainsaw and leaf blower.

Police say George Karahalios, 34, wielded the chainsaw inside an Ingleside Avenue home Friday night. They say he cut up parts of the kitchen and threatened one of his family members. Neighbors say Karahalios threatened his mother.

Authorities say Karahalios also had a leaf blower running inside the home.

Karahalios has been charged with criminal mischief, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.
