A Greenwich man faced a judge today on charges related to a heroin overdose.
Police say they arrested Michael Forgione-Dattilo earlier this month for conspiracy to sell drugs.
They say a teen overdosed in December in a Wendy's parking lot, and officers used the Narcan to save his life.
Police say they also arrested another person from New York in connection with the incident.
