A Milford man is facing charges for allegedly assaulting a police officer. Milford police say John Kosch, 24, punched the officer in the face while the officer was investigating suspicious activity

A Milford man is facing charges for allegedly assaulting a police officer.
Milford police say John Kosch, 24, punched the officer in the face while the officer was investigating suspicious activity in the area of Walnut and North streets on Friday.
They say Kosch would not comply with the officer who asked him to stop what he was doing.
Kosch is due in court in a few weeks.
