Woodbridge police say a man from Oxford is facing sex assault charges involving a 15-year-old girl.
Police say Kyle McStravick, 24, was arrested after police stopped him for a traffic violation and discovered there was a warrant out for his arrest.
Officers say McStravick had been caught with the teen in a parking lot in September.
She later admitted that they were involved sexually at the time.
He is free on $75,000 bond.
