Man rams 2 police cars in Stamford before leading officers on foot chase

Police say they attempted to stop the vehicle after the driver took off from officers Tuesday night. They say the driver rammed two police cars before he ran away from the scene.

 A man rammed two police cruisers before leading officers on a foot chase in Stamford. 
Kevin Conley, 21, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension, possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, operating a drug factory, possession of narcotics over 1 ounce, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, interfering with police, possession of a large-capacity magazine, theft of a firearm, criminal possession of a firearm, and criminal possession of ammunition.   
Police say they attempted to stop Conley's vehicle after he took off from officers Tuesday night. They say Conley rammed two police cars before he ran away from the scene. 
Upon pursuing and catching Conley, police say they found 50 grams of cocaine, $4,400 and a loaded, stolen hand gun. Conley was held on a $250,000 bond.
