A New Canaan man has been arrested and accused of bilking the state out of $12,000 in food stamps.
Investigators say Martin Ho, of Deep Valley Road, committed the fraud even though he had an annual income of between $100,000 and $199,000.
Ho, a father of five, remains behind bars because he is unable to make bond.
