Medical marijuana awaiting governor's signature
A bill allowing the sale of medical marijuana is just a signature away from becoming law in Connecticut.
The General Assembly approved the bill over the weekend.
It allows those with chronic, severe pain to smoke marijuana for treatment.
Supporters say the way lawmakers have crafted the bill, Connecticut should avoid many of the problems other states have.
