The appellate court denied Troconis' motion for an emergency hearing for an opportunity for her lawyer to argue the terms.
Her attorney wanted the chance to argue that Troconis' GPS ankle monitor should be removed while she was out on bond.
The appellate court ruling means her attorney will have to wait to take up the matter in Stamford Superior court when Troconis returns.
Her case has been on hold due to the pandemic
She is expected to appear back in court in August.
