A Milford woman was sentenced to three years in prison for a deadly accident blamed on alcohol, officials say.
Taylor Stanford, 24, pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the death of 44-year-old Michael Zawadski, of Stratford.
State police say Stanford was two times over the legal limit for DUI and speeding when she lost control of her SUV and crashed into Zawadski on the Wilbur Cross Parkway in Orange in 2017.
Stanford will reportedly also be subject to random testing after her release and have to use a breath ignition lock for two years.
