Officials in Connecticut's judicial branch are issuing a second round of layoff notices.
Yesterday, 113 pink slips were delivered bringing the total number of job cuts so far to 239.
More notices may be issued depending on the final budget for the upcoming fiscal year that's expected to be approved during a special session, likely to start next week.
