The interim head of Norwalk's anti-poverty agency, Norwalk Economic Opportunity Now, is now urging the entire board of directors to resign.
Patricia Wilson Pheanious says there are some directors in direct conflict of interest with the agency, and that puts its funding in jeopardy.
She says it is important that NEON moves forward with a clean slate, both in terms of leadership and finances.
