A New Canaan High School baseball player has been suspended from the team following an underage drinking party where a fellow teammate was seriously hurt.
According to the school district, Andrew Knight will not be part of the Rams as they make a run in the state tournament.
Knight was charged last week with delivering alcohol to minors at a party at his house back on March 25.
Other team members were not charged and remain on the team, but instead have agreed to be part of the police department's new alcohol diversionary program.
