People of all faiths came together Thursday night at St. Aloysius Parish in New Canaan to pray for a mother of five who has been missing since Friday.
The Hartford Courant reports that state police found blood in Jennifer Dulos' home on Saturday and believe she may have been the victim of a violent crime. New Canaan police say officials have now expanded their search across state lines into Pound Ridge, New York, where Dulos' family owns a home.
Dulos was last seen dropping her kids off at school on Friday. Close friends told News 12 Thursday that Dulos is a kind and gracious person who dearly loves her children.
New Canaan police have been assisted by other agencies in searching nearby Waveny Park. Her car was found near there.
Court documents say Dulos and her husband have been going through a contentious custody battle. Police are not naming him as a suspect in this case and have not released any other leads.
