Trumbull police say they have filed new charges against a 54-year-old man who allegedly molested four children over a five year period.
Police say they arrested Javier Valdovinos in July after a family friend complained he assaulted her 12-year-old daughter.
Investigators say the other victims, one boy and two girls, are between 14 and 17 years old.
