Kids in Newark are getting a new place to practice their soccer skills just in time for the World Cup.
The city's education department, along with the New York Red Bulls soccer team, unveiled a new mini-soccer field on Tuesday.
The pint-sized pitch at the Peshine Avenue School is part of the U.S. Soccer Federation's campaign to give kids access to safe spaces where they can play and practice the sport.
