A confusing traffic sign arrangement has frustrated drivers tired of being constantly ticketed and towed.
Morris Avenue drivers say that too many times their cars have been towed by traffic agents without sufficient cause. Three signs are now in front of the P.S. 18 building; one regarding street cleaning laws and the other regarding school zone parking laws. The recently added third sign says ?No Parking Anytime? which has drivers confused.
The Department of Transportation is expected to make an offer to those affected by the confusing signs.
