Norwalk holds annual tree lighting ceremony

The event featured live music, a visit from Santa Claus and holiday activities.
People also got to participate on a Christmas tree raffle and enjoy holiday snacks and drinks. 
There were live musical performances by the Norwalk High School Chamber Singers.
Parks and Recreation director Robert Stower says he hopes events like this can bring the community closer.
"It's all about bringing the community together and it's all about community and building a community through recreation and activities and healthy and passive recreation that's what it's all about," said Stower.
