A Norwalk housing development is still in the dark since Sandy struck 12 days ago.
Over 4 feet of water flooded Washington Village in South Norwalk during the storm, and residents say some parts of the complex are still flooded.
Today, over 100 members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints cleaned up garbage, mopped floors and offered assistance to anyone in the complex who needed help.
