Norwalk police say a local man is facing charges for ripping off the elderly.
Police say they arrested Angelo Bimbo, 21, for fraud after they say he stole money from two elderly people.
They say he went to the victims' homes offering to do repair work and was paid nearly $32,00 for work he never did.
