yesterdayA man who was shot Thursday at the Colonial Village housing complex in Norwalk has died, according to police.
Authorities say they responded to 160 Suncrest Road around noon, where they found the victim with a gunshot wound.
A neighbor who recorded the incident says that people gathered around him to help him survive. Witnesses say it appeared the man was shot near his neck.
Police believe the shooting was a targeted, isolated incident. They are asking anyone with information to call Norwalk police at 203-854-3111.
