A Norwalk police officer who was suspended for five years has been terminated from the police force.
Anthony Santo, 46, was charged with touching his best friend's daughter, which led to his suspension, without pay from the department.
Those charges were dropped last year.
Police say Santo was terminated for incompetence and unbecoming conduct.
