The Norwalk Public Library is hosting an “Escape Room” experience.
The game is open to adults and children in grades four and up.
Participants have one hour to find the clues needed to solve the puzzle and escape the room.
Organizers say the event combines fun with educational tools.
"Our goal for them is to have fun,” says Lisa Story. “What they're doing at the same time is communicating and working together. So we have ulterior motives as well. It's encouraging the communication, the thought, puzzle solving, and there are word games in there. It hits a lot of buttons for us."
The escape room is open through New Year’s Eve.
