Another major retailer could soon be coming to Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk.
An application has been filed with the city to transfer the space from Walmart to Target.
The principal planner for the city, Bryan Baker, told News 12 Connecticut, there is a good chance the Planning and Zoning Commission will give the application the go-ahead during the meeting on May 3.
BL Companies, which represents Target, has proposed improvements to the loading dock and hopes to make changes to the parking lot. The company also wants to adjust the curb at the Richards Avenue driveway entrance and make some minor changes to the building.
