Norwalk's Bob’s Stores to close; new flagship location coming soon to city
Bob’s Stores Footwear & Apparel will close its location on Main Avenue in Norwalk, but the company says it will open a new flagship store, along with its Eastern Mountain Sports brand on Westport Avenue - also in Norwalk.

A change is coming to Bob's stores in Norwalk.
Bob’s Stores Footwear & Apparel will close its location on Main Avenue in Norwalk, but the company says it will open a new flagship store, along with its Eastern Mountain Sports brand on Westport Avenue - also in Norwalk.
Kevin Campbell, the executive vice president of operations for Bob’s Stores and Eastern Mountain Sports said the store on 380 Main Ave. will close on March 10.
He said the new location will be located on 542 Westport Ave. and is currently scheduled to open in May.
The company said the two brands will unite to offer more convenience to shoppers.
They also said employees at the Main Avenue location will be able to transition into the new store.
