A pitbull that was said to be involved in a Norwalk domestic dispute case received emergency surgery at VCA Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center to remove a bullet from its shoulder blade.
Norwalk police took the dog to the center after it was found with a gunshot wound in a Norwalk home.
The dog is now in stable condition and set to be release this weekend.
