Norwalk police are urging residents to be on the lookout following another report of indecent exposure in Rowayton.
According to police, a man jumped out of a car on Highland Avenue Saturday and pulled down his pants in front of a woman who was walking her dog. The man apparently yelled at the woman, exposed himself and then got back into the car. The car, which had other people in it, sped off.
Police do not believe it was the so-called ?Rowayton Flasher,? who apparently peeps into homes and exposes himself. Investigators believe the person in Saturday?s incident is younger.
Patrols in the area have been stepped up in response to the flashing incident.
