Bridgeport police say one person is in the hospital this afternoon after being hit by a drunk driver.
Police say 71-year-old James Cloud hit 62-year-old Cornell Lee last night while Lee was crossing Barnum Avenue at Helen Street.
Officers say Lee broke his leg and suffered a head injury.
Police say Cloud was arrested on numerous charges including DUI and reckless driving.
Cloud is due in court today.
