yesterdayA Bridgeport man was shot in the leg early Saturday morning in a targeted shooting, police say.
It happened just after midnight on Main Street. Police say they received a ShotSpotter activation near the 2400 block of Main Street.
The 34-year-old went to an area hospital with a single gunshot wound to the leg.
Following an investigation, police discovered the victim was targeted and shot while leaving the Mystique Adult Entertainment Club.
It is not clear why the man was targeted or what led to the shooting. He is listed in stable condition.
