State police say they found nearly 5 grams of uncut cocaine after pulling a man over for speeding on I-95 in Norwalk. David Collins, 39, was driving northbound at 110 mph, according to authorities. He was pulled over near exit 15. Police found the drugs after an extensive search of the vehicle and estimate it to be worth at least $10,000. Collins has been charged with possession of narcotics and intent to sell. He was released on bond and is due in court in two weeks. Investigators say the arrest severed the chain of supply to the streets and will hopefully lead them to additional suspects.
