Stamford police are expected to make an arrest Wednesday in the death of Isabella Mehner.
The 93-year-old was found dead in September at the bottom of her basement stairs.
Mehner's death was ruled a homicide, rocking the quiet Cove Road neighborhood where she lived.
Police say some personal items were also missing her from her home.
