State police say the number of crashes on the roads over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend dropped significantly from last year.
Police say they investigated 389 accidents since Wednesday, compared to 934 accidents in the same span last year.
Police say DUI arrests were also down, from 52 in 2014 to 42 this weekend.
Officials say officers charged 980 people with speeding. More than 1,000 were charged last year.
