Police in Orange say a number of home burglaries have taken place in the town over the last month.
The burglaries have occurred in the northwest part of town, police say.
Police say the break-ins have been happening in broad daylight in quiet neighborhoods along Hilltop Road and Garden Road.
"These burglaries generally occur very quickly," says Assistant Police Chief Anthony Cuozzo. "They're in, they're out, they're not lingering."
Authorities say thieves in all of the incidents are taking small electronics and jewelry, but are entering at different locations of each house.
Police are asking anyone with information on the crimes to call them.
