Police: Husband, wife found fatally shot following domestic incident in Norwalk

Police have not confirmed who died from gunshot wounds, but neighbors say it was a husband and wife who lived on the street.

A domestic dispute led to the shooting death of a husband and wife inside their Norwalk home on Sunday, police say.
Rajneesh Misra, 56, and his wife, Divya Misra, 55, were identified as the deceased inside the home on Chatham Drive. Multiple people had reported the sound of gunshots in the early evening hours.
Police say an adult son of the couple also called police and said there was an incident between his mother and father. Details surrounding the incident have been scarce so far as authorities continue to investigate.
Norwalk police say there was no previously reported domestic violence calls between the couple.
Police had warned the neighborhood to shelter in place and warned of an “armed suspect” on social media during the incident.
