Stamford police say they have identified a man who lit a car on fire last weekend.
Officials say there is an arrest warrant out for 18-year-old Irving Palma.
Police say Palma set his 2002 Subaru on fire because he was angry with the people who sold him his current car.
They say afterwards, Palma fled the country and traveled to Guatemala.
Officials say he will be apprehended if he ever returns to the United States.
