State police have identified the man killed when he was hit by a car on I-95 in West Haven Sunday. They say Peter Kohn, 38, hit a concrete barrier near exit 42 and got out to check his car for damage

State police have identified the man killed when he was hit by a car on I-95 in West Haven Sunday.
They say Peter Kohn, 38, hit a concrete barrier near exit 42 and got out to check his car for damage when another car hit him.
Police say the driver was a woman from Stamford and she has not been charged.
