Police have reportedly opened a criminal investigation to find out who is responsible for a 200-foot facade of drywall and sheet metal to go crumbling down inside a shopping mall.
The collapse injured one shopper and closed four stores Monday.
The New Haven Register reports the investigation appears to center around a new sign attached to the façade of the PCX clothing store, which did not have a proper building permit.
