Stamford police said that they arrested two men in a drug bust and found several weapons stashed in a 5-year-old boy's closet.
After receiving several complaints about 27 Silver St., authorities say they started an investigation and made arrests on Tuesday.
Officials say they found large amounts of marijuana, cocaine, heroin and also firearms in the home belonging to 33-year-old Jason Smith. They say one of the guns was a Tec-9 pistol, which is banned in the state.
Police say they charged Smith and his accomplice, 26-year-old Daniel Louis, with operating a drug factory, possession of narcotics and planning to sell them.
Police say the Department of Children and Families is investigating. Louis and Smith were released on bond.
