1h agoA 41-year-old man and his 3-year-old daughter were injured in a single-car crash Sunday morning in Torrington.
Police say Greg Delre drove into a ditch on Norfolk Road.
Investigators say the Ford pickup truck was found 20 feet below the roadway in the Hart Brook spillway.
Delre suffered serious injuries.
His daughter suffered injuries that were not life-threatening, according to detectives.
It was not immediately clear what caused the crash.
