Police: Man arrested for attempted kidnapping; asked if child was for sale
Police say a woman was unbuckling a child's seatbelt in Norwalk when a man reached into the car and tried to snatch the child. When the woman went to stop him, he asked if the child was for sale.

Police say a woman was unbuckling a child's seatbelt in Norwalk when a man reached into the car and tried to snatch the child. When the woman went to stop him, he asked if the child was for sale.
It happened Sunday evening on Bouton Street.
Jose Domingo is facing charges including kidnapping.
Police say after getting the call, Domingo was quickly located slurring his words and under the influence. They say he had cocaine on him.
