Bridgeport police have arrested the man they say is responsible for a shooting inside a University of Bridgeport dining hall in October.
Police say Dylan Cruz-Tillery turned himself in and will appear in court Friday.
The shooting sent one person to the hospital and put the university into lockdown.
Anyone with additional information on the shooting is urged to call Bridgeport police.
